How delivery works
- Question credits and unlimited plans are added to your account immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds.
- PDF reports are generated after payment and appear in your account, normally within a few minutes. You can download them any time while your account exists.
If something does not arrive
If your purchase is not visible in your account within 30 minutes of payment, email support@rashimitra.in with the Razorpay payment ID. We will deliver it or refund you under the Refund policy.
