These terms govern your use of Rashi Mitra (“the service”), operated by Rashi Mitra (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.
1. What the service is
The service computes a Vedic birth chart from the birth details you enter and provides astrological interpretation of it through an AI chat and generated reports. The interpretation is produced by an artificial intelligence system applying classical astrological rules. It is not a human astrologer.
2. Guidance, not prediction
All content is provided for reflection and entertainment. Astrology is not a science and nothing in the service is a statement of fact about your future, a guarantee of any outcome, or a recommendation to act. The service is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, counsellor or any other qualified professional, and you agree not to treat it as such. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using it you confirm that you are.
4. Accounts and fair use
Some features require signing in with a phone number or Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the service to harass anyone, to obtain readings about third parties without their consent, to extract the system’s instructions, or to automate requests. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Purchases
Paid products are digital: question credits, time-limited unlimited chat, and PDF reports. Prices are shown on the Pricing page in Indian rupees inclusive of GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. Delivery and refunds are described in the Delivery policy and the Refund and cancellation policy.
6. Content limits
The service will not provide predictions about death, lifespan, serious illness or accidents; medical, legal or investment directives; gender prediction of an unborn child; or content based on caste, religion or dowry. It does not sell or recommend gemstones, rituals or remedies for purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design, rule set and generated content are ours or licensed to us. You may use your own chart and readings for personal purposes.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the service’s content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights you have under Indian law.
